These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to everything you do on this website and to every purchase you make from Licensed Logic ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or buying a product, you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. Please give accurate information at checkout, including an email address you can access, because that's where your files are delivered.

2. Our products

• We sell digital study materials for candidates preparing for the ASWB® Masters and Clinical exams: PDF files, a spreadsheet and MP3 audio. Nothing is shipped. Photos on the website show printed copies for illustration.
• Study aid only. Our materials are not legal, clinical or professional advice, and they don't replace the official ASWB materials, the NASW Code of Ethics, your jurisdiction's rules, your supervisor or your agency's policies.
• How the content is made. All questions are original. They are written and checked with AI tools against published sources, such as the ASWB Examination Guidebook and the NASW Code of Ethics. They are not official exam questions, and they are not reviewed by a licensed clinician.
• We describe our products as accurately as we can. Contents may be updated to fix errors or improve clarity.
• Independent publisher. ASWB® is a registered trademark of the Association of Social Work Boards, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse Licensed Logic or its products.

3. Orders and prices

• Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
• Each purchase is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions.
• When you take both extras in the same order, 10% comes off the whole order automatically at checkout.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund it in full.
• Prices and products may change over time. Changes don't affect orders already placed.

4. Delivery

After checkout you get your download links on the order confirmation page and by email. Download links may have a limited number of downloads, so please save your files. If you lose access, write to us and we'll help. Details on our Delivery page.

5. Your license to use the materials

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it. This means:

• You may download the files, use them on your own devices and print as many copies as you need for your own study. If you take the other exam later (for example the Clinical after the Masters), your other edition is already yours.
• You may not share, forward, upload, resell or distribute the files or printed copies, in whole or in part, including to classmates or study groups, or use them for paid tutoring, courses or any commercial purpose, unless we give you written permission.

All content on this website and in our products, including text, questions, explanations, spreadsheets, audio, graphics, photos and our logo, belongs to Licensed Logic or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws.

6. Refunds and the 30-day money-back guarantee

30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we refund the full price, including any extras in the same order. No forms, no usage checks. Details in our Refund Policy.

7. Study materials, not a promise of results

• Our materials help you practice how the exam asks its questions. How much they help depends on you and how you study. We don't promise that you will pass any exam or reach any score.
• Exam rules, fees and formats are set by ASWB and by your jurisdiction and can change. Always check the official sources.
• If you find a mistake, please tell us. We correct errors and send the corrected files to everyone who bought them.

8. Reviews, feedback and messages

If you send us feedback, suggestions or corrections, we may use them to improve our products without owing you anything. We publish a review, your name or your photo only with your written permission, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload harmful code, to attempt unauthorized access, to scrape or copy our content in bulk, or to interfere with the website's operation. We may restrict access for anyone who does.

10. Third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We aren't responsible for third-party websites that we link to.

11. Disclaimer

To the extent allowed by law, the website and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This doesn't affect any warranty that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Some places don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products, including sharing or reselling our files.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Licensed Logic is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live, and nothing in these Terms takes that protection away.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the website and your purchases.
