Digital delivery only

Everything Licensed Logic sells is a digital download. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs.

When you get your files

• Right after checkout, your download links appear on the order confirmation page.
• You also get an email with the same links, at the address you used at checkout. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
• Save the files to your phone or computer. Download links can have a limit on the number of downloads, so keep a copy.

What you receive

• The Exam Logic System: one ZIP file with 00_Start_Here.pdf and two folders, Masters (LMSW exam) and Clinical (LCSW or LICSW exam). Each folder has The Exam Logic Guide, Mock Exam #1 with its answer sheet, the Point-Loss Map (spreadsheet plus a how-to PDF) and the 4-Question Decoder Drills.
• The 90-Day Retake Plan (extra): one ZIP file with the Masters and Clinical PDFs.
• Exam Logic Audio (extra): one ZIP file with 18 MP3 tracks for each edition, about 82 minutes each.

Start with 00_Start_Here.pdf: it tells you which folder is yours and what to do in your first three study sessions.

Opening a ZIP file

• iPhone or iPad: tap the file in the Files app and it unzips into a folder.
• Android: open it with the Files by Google app and tap Extract.
• Mac or Windows: double-click the file.

The PDFs open in any PDF reader. The Point-Loss Map opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.

Corrections

If we fix an error in a file, we send the corrected file by email to everyone who bought it.

Problems with your download

If a link doesn't work or a file won't open, write to licensedlogic@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within 2 business days, usually sooner.
